Edinburgh Gin is a London Dry Gin, with clear notes from the junipers as well as pine followed by lemon & lime peel - both in the nose and on your pallets.
But the thing that makes the Gin stand out, is the crisp freshness the Gin has to it, combined with a very smooth development in your mouth.
This means you get a Gin, which is very nice enjoyed neat over ice, or as a Gin & Tonic or used in "light" cocktails like Gimlet, Tom Collins or Martinis.
