Description
A classic Indian Tonic where Cinchona is being used as the ingredient, to bring out the light bitter notes.
Also - Copenhagen Sodas have chosen to use lemon as well as a destillate fra grapefruit zest, having soaked in a 60% vol pure alcohol for 72 hours, to bring out the best of the notes from the fruit. This actually means, the tonic contains 0,3% vol alcohol in its finished form.
The endresult is a smooth, fresh and lightly bitter version of a tonic, fitting perfectly to most types of Gin.
