Description
Jim & Tony are two geeks from Denmark, who like the rest of just, just happens to like Gin & Tonic. Except they probably like it a bit more than the average person...! In fact so much, they decided they had to make their own, which they did...!
The result is a a classic Dry Gin, with sea buckthorn as the primary expression nicely placed along the powerfull juniper notes present in the Gin.
We like it very much, with a Indian Tonic - preferably one which holds back a little on the acidity, like Franklin & Sons Indian - or a Fever-Tree Indian. Both can be garnished with a small lemon zest or even sea buckthorn, if you have them handy.

who is producing amazing spices, which both smell & taste fantastic as well as being produced sustainable, and are therefore extremely suitable for Gin Tonics, and other drinks....!
