Sabatini is a truly mellow and delicious London Dry Gin, destilled on Toscan botanicals like sage, thyme, oliveleaves, lavender, fennel besides juniper and corriander. Maybe you think this sounds a bit like the beginning of a italian dish, but it has been done so subtle that you never once get associations to cooking.
This is a Gin, you can easily drink neat - but in a GT with, the right Tonic, you get a real treat!
