January 1, is often hangover day, and a day full of regrets of the fact, that you had one to many French 75, Gin & Tonic and other fantastic drinks. However - if you are a believer of continuing the way, you ended the day before, a Bloody Mary might be the way to go.
In 2018, Gintossen was served a Red Snapper (a Bloody Mary with Gin), based on Butchers Gin. Now - a Red Snapper might be a great idea, but if using Butchers Giner is the way to go, is totally up to you. If you don't know Butchers Gin, it's a Gin macerated for 3 days with a huge chunk of raw Ribeye Steak, and thereafter distilled with a load of botanicals.
