Copper Frog Gin & Erasmus Bond Classic Tonic

This Gin and Tonic is simply sublime - but promise us, before drinking the Gin as a GT, that you try it neat as well, OK? It really deserves it, and you will understand the Gin much better and therefore be able to make a better GT in the end :)

Making this GT is very simple, because of the complexity already given by the Gin. Basicly you just need a good Tonic and some grapefruit triangles - then you are set!

We have tried multiple Tonics with this, and although we think Erasmus Bond Classic Tonic is the best match, you can also use a Fever Tree Indian Tonic or Franklin & Sons Indian Tonic, if they are within your range.

One important thing though - don't go overboard with the amount of Tonic in the GT. In our opinion, you should aim for a ration around 1:2 (1 part Gin and 2 parts Tonic), to leave room for the Gin.

Hope you will enjoy it, as much as we have :)
