Marstal No. 31 & Franklin & Sons Indian Tonic
Here is a GT combo, that will put a big smile on your face....!
The Marstal No. 31 is a very smooth and yet complex London Dry Gin, concieved in Copenhagen, and desitlled in Nordisk Brænderi i northern Denmark.
Combine this Gin with a similar smooth and dry tonic, such as Franklins and Sons Indian Tonic, as well as a slice of orange zest, and you are guaranteed to get a big smile on your face, when it hits your pallets.
The immidiate first impression are the notes of licorice and angelica root. But very quickly they are relieved by the discrete taste of orange and cardamon.
If you are drinking this around christmas time (or just really like cinnamon like we do), try adding a cinnamon stick to the glass - it's really good!
