Fentimans Connoisseurs Tonic is an attempt to create a "Ginmakers Tonic" - and a really good attempt, if you ask us....!
The thing with Fentimans Tonic, is that they have always been kinda brutal and powerfull, in the expression. Full power on acidity, botalicals and above all the bubbles in the Tonic, which have always been very big and plenty in number.
However - this Tonic is very different from that description. The bubbles are gentle, much smaller and less powerfull. And if you add to this, that the Connoisseurs Tonic is doing a really nice job boosting the flavours of the botanicals in the Gin, then have have a really good Tonic.
And thats exactly what this is - a truely great Tonic!
