oriGIN CPH is a real treat...! This is a 100% certified organic Gin, made as a compound Gin, from both vacuum and warm destilled destillate. And the result is AMAZING....!
The primary notes comes from Aronia berries, which together with clear citrus and orange notes, delivers a crystal clear and crisp Gin - both very much enjoyable neat, as well as in a Gin & Tonic.
The master distillers Carsten Vikke and Martin Nygaard, have a very playfull attitude, and have mastered the aronia berry to perfecton, if you ask us.
Vacuum destilled Gins ROCK, in our humble opinion :)
