Orange (zest)
Description
Tip: slice a thin wheel of the orange, and place in your drink.
Or use your peeler to slece a strip of zest from the orange, and squeeze it lenghtwise over your glass to release the oils from the zest. Run the squeezed zest on the rim of the glass, before placing it into your drink.
